All of the amenities and appliances were well kept and worked well, the oven, microwave and sink were all amazing.

Our favourite parts of the lodge were the comfy furniture the shower and the HOT TUB!! Which were all big enough even for my 6’4 boyfriend:)

The local area is also great. With lots of pubs and restaurants, also lots of shops for food shopping.
We did many walks too which were gorgeous.

Check in was quick and easy, hot tub was ready for us upon arrival and we spent as much time as we could in it! We ordered a nice takeaway for the first night from the list of recommended places. We did a shop before we arrived and really had no reason to leave once we were in, everything was great and we had everything we needed. Nice and private, and the train line didn't bother us at all. Hope to go back soon :)
